I purchased this bike simply because Proform is a good brand. We had a few issues with it at first. When I unpacked the box, the hardware kit was missing. So I had to call Proform, and I received it within a week. Then while I was putting the bike together I realized that the extension cable was the wrong one. So I contacted them again and it was shipped promptly. Once that was installed, we tried to plug it in and realized that the outlet at the front of the bike was broken, so again I contacted Proform. Finally a month after the initial purchase the bike was operational. And I am very happy with it, I use it every day. I give the product 5 stars, the customer service 5 stars, the content of the box received 3 stars.

Bought the bike great bike, works FAB you plug it in, so no batteries. Assembly under a hour, shipping 2 days. Seat is comfortable. Bike is very quiet, it has speakers where you can plug in your mp3, ipod or even your phone. Speakers have great volume and numbers and lighting on screen is great.
