Dual Action Exercise Bicycles
As the name suggests, these bikes gives you two actions, and therefore two exercise benefits at the very same time. Apart from pedaling, you could also move your arms since the handles can swing left to right. You’ll be targeting the upper as well as the lower muscles of your body. This is a great workout, but not so much if you’re a novice.

The Recumbent Exercise Bike
These are the most comfy exercise bikes in existence. Imagine it’s large, comfortable seats that have reclined back rests. The design is also great since the weight from your knees is lifted. This is because recumbent exercise bikes have a wide range of difficulty levels that can accommodate even highly trained athletes. They are also safer and are preferred by both men and women. All benefits of exercise bikes are good as long as you use them. You are more likely to keep at your regimen if it is done with a recumbent exercise bike.
